Return Process:

    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at buyarab.ae or call / WhatsApp us at +971 55 498 0717. Provide your order number, reason for return, and product details.

  2. Step 2: Return Authorisation
    After approval, you will receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Step 3: Drop Off or Arrange Return
    You may drop off the item at our store or arrange a return with our team. Pack the item securely, including all original accessories. Return shipping or transport costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective.

  4. Step 4: Inspection and Refund
    Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If approved, refunds will be processed within 2–14 business days, issued to the original payment method.
